Jim Morris spent over 12 years with E&M which is the nation’s oldest and largest cost segregation firm. With Jim’s leadership and guidance they performed studies in all 50 states for both CPA firms and property owners directly. They completed over 10,000 studies, resulting in the deferral of over $2 billion in taxes. Jim is now the President of Cost Seg Results, Inc.
